Conference attendees are responsible for making
their own
hotel reservations. Reservations can be made by calling the hotels
directly at
the numbers listed below. When making your reservations please be sure
to
mention that you are part of the "Linux
Cluster Institute." (See individual group/reservation
codes below that may apply for a specific hotel.)
The 11th LCI International Conference has
reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday
Inn Pittsburgh University Center.
LCI registrants may book rooms until February 16, 2010. You may call the hotel direct at
(1-800-UNIV-CTR)
or Holiday Inn Central Reservations (1-800 Holiday) to make your
reservation by
phone or for on-line reservations at www.holidayinn.com/pit-univctr
and entering the 3-letter group code (LCI). The rate is the same for
single,
double, triple or quad occupancy at $114.00
All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card
or advance deposit and it is the responsibility of the individual to
advise the
hotel of any changes or cancellations.
Reservations NOT canceled by 6:00pm one day prior to the date of
arrival
will be billed for one night’s room and tax.
Check-In time is 4:00 pm or later. Anyone
arrive prior to 4:00pm will be
accommodated as soon as possible, but should be advised that there may
be a
wait. Check-out time is 11:00am. Arrangements can be made for baggage storage
with the front desk staff
